Vegan Caraway Cabbage
Preparation: 15 minutes
Serves 4 - 6 (side dish)
- 1 cabbage
- 2 T margarine
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- salt and pepper
- Quarter the cabbage, remove the core, and cut each wedge into ¼ inch slices.
- Pour about 1 inch of boiling water into the bottom of a medium saucepan containing the margarine and salt.
- Add the cabbage.
- Cover and cook for 1 to 3 minutes then add the caraway and pepper.
- Boil for another minute.
- Serve Hot.
