Vegan Chinese Steamed Greens
Preparation: 15 minutes
Serves 4 - 6 (side dish)
- 4 c. leafy greens like spinach, kale, collard, mustard greens
- 2 - 4 cloves garlic, minced or crushed
- 1 T sesame oil
- 1 tsp tamari or light soy sauce
- 1 T sesame seeds (optional)
- Steam greens until tender but not soggy.
- Meanwhile combine garlic, sesame oil and tamari.
- Toss steamed greens together with sauce and sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately.
