Jamaican Jerk Sauce Vegan
Preparation: 10 minutes
Serves 4 cups
- 1 onion, cut into 8
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 c. tamari
- 2 T white vinnegar
- 1T ground allspice
- 1 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- In a food processor or blender, purée all ingredients until smooth.
Use as a marinade for tofu, tempeh or seitan.
